The 37th edition of the Concours des Vins de Chablis wine competition will run on 14 January 2023.
They will be sampling wines from the Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis Premier Cru appellations from the 2021 vintage, and Chablis Grand Cru from the 2020 vintage.The winning wines are used by the Bourgogne Wine Board (BIVB), acting as ambassadors for Chablis wines for a period of one year.
