The Irancy AOC was raised to the status of an appellation Village 20 years ago. Thanks to the “U” shaped vineyard, with the village of Irancy nestled in its very heart, the landscape gives to the appellation varied exposures and thus many different organoleptic expressions to the appellation. This session promises a beautiful red only tasting with very typical rubicund wines which can be made with up to 10% of César. We will also explore the characters of some Climats such as Palotte, the most well-known Climat, but also Les Mazelots, La Bergère, Les Cailles.
