To help the consumers discover the real work of our winegrowers. This is the purpose of the new short film just released by the Bourgogne Wine Board (BIVB).
Pruning the vines, working the soil, planting, disbudding ... 14 key stages of work are presented. The use of "timelapses" offers a unique view on the evolution of the vegetative cycle of the plant. It was filmed on the same plant, from pruning during winter to the harvest’s eve.
