This Domaine, created in 1992 on 4 Ha. now cultivates 7 Ha. Over 30 000 bottles are sold every year. Traditional viticulture with labour, reasonable treatments, green harvests, sorting after the harvest and then again on a sorting table in the "cuverie", a 15 day vinification with cold maceration from four to five days. 16 different wines are aged in barrels of which one third are new barrels.
