Descending from a family of wine-makers dating back to 1906, Jérémie Giloux, a young wine-maker, decided to set up business on his own in 2002. On the estate, you can taste wine or order his Pouilly-Fuissé, White Burgundy, or Crémant de Bourgogne (and his Beaujolais appellations).
With an eye on quality and ever attentive to well-performed work, he continues to use traditional methods of goblet pruning (90%), binding, and tying in.
