After 40 years of making Champagne in Celles-sur-Ource on the estate he founded with his brothers, Bruno Dangin moved to Molesme and a clay-limestone soil where he produces sulfite-free white and rosé Crémant de Bourgogne wines, including some vintage cuvées. He works the estate according to organic production principles with his son, Matthieu, putting his experience in Champagne to the service of sparkling Bourgogne wines.
