The first vintage from this estate was produced in 2005. Grapes and must are purchased from growers using a sustainable or organic approach to vine cultivation. The wines are aged from 18-20 months (12 in wood and six in stainless-steel tanks). No stirring or pumping-over is used, with a reduction approach preferred for these non-filtered wines.
