Since it first opened, the Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne has been designed as a place for sharing, discovery and encounters, dedicated to the wines of Bourgogne and to the people who bring the vineyard to life every day.
In Beaune, this experience is now evolving with a new offer: the Experience Pass. It allows you to discover wine-growing Bourgogne at your own pace, in a more immersive and complete way.
With a single pass valid for 2 days, you can explore the immersive visitor experience, take part in an introductory wine-tasting workshop, delve deeper into selected topics through flash guided tours and access the temporary exhibitions.
The immersive visitor experience invites you to better understand the landscapes, Climats, appellations and know-how that shape the identity of our wines. The tasting workshop gives you the keys to observe, smell and taste wines differently, through an accessible and educational approach.
With the flash guided tours, available throughout the day, you can explore a specific topic from the visitor experience in greater depth: reading the landscapes, the history of the vineyard, the Climats, or winegrowing know-how.
More than just a visit, the Experience Pass offers a complete introduction to the world of Bourgogne wines. With this new offer, we aim to make Bourgogne’s wine culture even more accessible, lively and experience-led.
