For over 10 years, the Bourgogne Wine Board (BIVB) has been supporting groups of winemakers in projects related to the environment. In total, around thirty projects have been financially and technically supported.
The BIVB technical team met with three of these groups to share the results of their initiatives with you. In this first season, the focus is on biodiversity in the vineyards!
You’ll get insight into the challenges of protecting and enhancing biodiversity within our vineyards and discover the measures being implemented.
Each video presents the work carried out on three very different terroirs: Corton (Côte de Beaune), Lugny (Mâconnais) and Irancy (Grand Auxerrois).
