Description : Les jeudis des Climats 71 will be held at Cluny Abbey on 9 June from 5.30 to 7.30 pm.
In the heart of Cluny Abbey, a true emblem of the Saône-et-Loire region with an international reputation, Raoul SALAMA, wine and food journalist and professor at the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, will give a talk on the theme of "Winegrowing Abbeys", followed by a tasting of three Benedictine wines selected and presented by Emmanuel NONAIN, conference guide and manager of Enoculture. An opportunity to retrace and taste the history of Burgundy wines and Climats with specialists who are passionate about their land.
