In the heart of Cluny Abbey, a true emblem of the Saône-et-Loire region with an international reputation, Raoul SALAMA, wine and food journalist and professor at the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, will give a talk on the theme of "Winegrowing Abbeys", followed by a tasting of three Benedictine wines selected and presented by Emmanuel NONAIN, conference guide and manager of Enoculture.
