Description *: The Saint-Vincent Tournante Gala Dinner is clearly one of the highlights of the event.
It's a real opportunity for conviviality and sharing, with a delicious combination of exceptional dishes and wines, from the Ladoix appellation of course.

This year we'll be welcoming Chef Emmanuel RENAUT. A man of excellence, with the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France and a three-starred establishment (Flocons de Sel in Megève) to his name, he is doing us the immense honour of organising our Saint-Vincent Dinner.

With incredible spontaneity, the Chef was immediately enthusiastic about the project, and insisted on being personally at the helm on the big day: a first for a rotating Saint-Vincent! He will be assisted by his own brigade, and by the Murisaltien* caterer Huez, to produce this dinner for 1,000 guests on Saturday 25 January 2025.

His cuisine is pure and gourmet, embodying the terroir by going straight to the essentials. This philosophy is also reflected in the Ladoix wines, a style rooted in its environment, combining finesse and generosity.

Mark your calendars! To reserve your place at the Gala Dinner, visit the shop from 28 June. https://boutique.saintvincent2025.fr
