Description *: Every year, on the third Sunday in November, the famous Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction takes place. To mark the occasion, Maison Patriarche organises a special tasting on Saturday and Sunday, where visitors are invited to taste exceptional wines and old vintages.

THE 10-YEAR CELLAR
This year, 2025, Burgundy celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Climats de Bourgogne being declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Maison Patriarche, in its capacity as Founding Grand Patron of the Climats association, wanted to be part of this anniversary year.

So, 30 years after the closure of its last cellar, one of the historic cellars of the Convent of the Sisters of the Visitation will be sealed for the next 10 years, containing 972 bottles and 60 magnums vintage 2015, representative of the finest climats of our two Côtes.

By invitation, this closing ceremony will take place on Friday 14 November 2025.
However, you will not only be able to admire this "10-year cellar" during the visit, but also and above all, taste 2 of the bottles that will be confined!

ADDED EXTRAS FOR YOUR VISIT
Once again this year, you'll be able to enjoy the following during your visit:
- around fifteen works by contemporary artists, to be discovered during your visit to the cellars (in partnership with Art in Situ).
- the Cave aux Arômes exhibition, a visual and olfactory representation of the 12 aromatic families of Burgundy wines.
