Description *: Meet at the estate at 7pm.
Weather permitting, there will be a short walk through the vines, followed by an aperitif in our 17th-century vaulted cellar, with a presentation of our profession and the estate's wines.
Afterwards, a "grape-pickers' banquet" around a large table with, for the 1st dinner (Friday 18/10) :
- green salad and country terrine
- sausage and bacon cooked in oak and gratin dauphinois
- a large platter of local cheeses to share
- apple pie

- green salad and toast with poultry liver mousse
- barbecued chuck of beef, wine merchant sauce, gratin dauphinois
