165th Hospices Wine Auction: Three Days of Festivities in Beaune

Head to Beaune in mid-November! Every year, the Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction attracts wine lovers, enthusiasts and curious visitors from all over the world. The auction takes place on the third Sunday in November, but the festivities begin on Friday!

This historic event, which began in 1859, is not only the most famous charity wine auction, but also a huge popular festival and an unmissable event for Bourgogne lovers. Why not take part?

The whole town is in a festive mood:

The Fête des Grands Vins at the Palais des Congrès in Beaune offers you the chance to taste all of Bourgogne's AOC wines in one place, presented by the winemakers themselves (Friday afternoon and Saturday).
In the streets of Beaune, concerts, parades, and entertainment create a warm and festive atmosphere starting on Friday evening.
For sports enthusiasts, the wine auction half-marathon (and other races) will have you working up a sweat on Saturday.

With friends or family, this is an opportunity to discover Beaune in a unique light and share a convivial moment around Bourgogne wines.
