Who better than a winemaker or négociant to reveal the secrets of vinification or the aromatic subtleties of an appellation? These professionals all have a De Vignes en Caves plaque on display at the entrance to their estate and all offer a convivial welcome to visitors keen to share their understanding.
The signatories of this charter will satisfy your curiosity by offering tips and secrets about the varietals, their appellations and their history. They are committed to:

  •  Offering you a warm and personal welcome (in a foreign language where applicable)
  •  Offering you a free tasting of at least one of their wines and displaying a tariff where sampling more than one wine is charged
  •  Informing you about the appellations they sell
  •  Answering your questions and supplying information and advice about the Bourgogne winegrowing region, as well as their own estate, cellar or négoce

All will enable you to revisit the subtleties of the wines of Bourgogne once you get home, offering take-out sales (for a minimum of three bottles) and a delivery service for 12 or more.
