The estate will be organically farmed from the 2023 vintage.
Regular ploughing allows the roots to find the terroir and typicity in the soil. We work with low yields because this is necessary for the quality of our wines. In 2003, we set up a small négociant business to buy grapes from Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin and Saint-Romain in order to broaden our range.
