This family-run estate was created in 1987 by Agnès and Didier after they bought and planted their first plot of vines. It has since expanded to cover 13 hectares, across the five appellations of Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy, Bourgogne Rouge, and Crémant de Bourgogne. The vines are worked with the utmost respect for the environment and the estate was awarded HVE certification in 2018. We take a traditional approach to vinification and our wines are aged from 6-12 months in stainless-steel vats.
