This is the story of eight generations of winegrowers who have been producing wine since 1758. The estate covers 19 hectares, including two Premier Cru and three Grand Cru plots. Gilles made the shift to organic farming with his father Henri in the 1970s, and his sons Franck and Frédérick took over the estate in 2009. Harvesting is carried out by hand and the estate now has biodynamic certification.
