Young winegrower from Chasnay, Pauline Gilbert has taken over her father's and grandfather's vineyards, on clay-limestone soils, exposed on 3 different terroirs. The winegrower works the soil and uses sustainable viticulture. Four grape varieties are to be discovered: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Rosé.
