Boisgibault Domaine Roger Pabiot

Located in Tracy-sur-Loire, the Domaine Roger Pabiot cellar is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 12.15pm and 1.30pm to 6.30pm, and at weekends by appointment.
Whether you're a couple or a group, tastings and tours of the cellar are available by appointment.
For groups (from 10 to 20 people), please contact the estate to make an appointment.
As a general rule, it's always best to call ahead to let us know you're coming!
Please note: the estate is closed on 25 December and 01 January.

This 24-hectare family wine estate has been awarded the "Haute Valeur Environnementale" label and is in the process of converting to organic farming. Pauline, who is the 5th generation in the family, produces Pouilly Fumé and Pouilly sur Loire wines, highlighting the terroirs.

Drawing on her travels and experiences abroad, she works the Chasselas like never before, rediscovering aromas that are often forgotten. She innovates, bringing out sparkling techniques such as vinification in egg-shaped vats... Come and see the results!

The cellar offers a large reception area, where you'll find display cases showing the wine-making tools used over the ages, as well as all sorts of pebbles that make up the magnificent Pouilly terroirs.
And when you come, don't forget to pay a visit to the small herd of goats that help maintain the estate.
