Domaine du Puits de Compostelle

Emmanuel Rouquette, Å“nologist in the Pays Charitois since 1997, seized the opportunity to purchase vines in 1999, and along with some friends and family members create the Domaine du Puits de Compostelle. Today he cultivates 3,70 ha of vines planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes in the best "terroirs" of clay-silex / limestone rich soil on sometimes steep slopes with the best exposure to allow the grapes to reach perfect maturity.
