This 35-hectare estate at La Roche Vineuse has HVE and Terra Vitis certification and is currently converting to organic cultivation. It produces Mâcon-La-Roche-Vineuse, Mâcon-Igé, Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé, and Bourgogne AOCs. Great importance is given to respecting the terroir, production controls, and to making the most natural wines as possible on the lees. A new production and tasting site was built in 2019, bringing together all the stages of vinification in one place and facilitating our work.
