In 1999, Sébastien took over the family operation. He developed the sale in bottles and today cultivates about 5 Ha according to the dictates of "lutte raisonnée". The Domaine is located on the Fyé plateau, offering a pretty view over the vineyards of the Chablisien backcountry. Vinification takes place in steel "cuves" or in barrels for the 1ers Crus.
