In January 2027, Volnay will host the 83rd Saint-Vincent Tournante — a festive weekend in the heart of the village, filled with parades, tastings, and convivial moments.
On 24 and 25 January 2027, the small village of Volnay (224 inhabitants) will welcome the 83rd Saint-Vincent Tournante, the great celebration of Bourgogne’s winegrowers. This will be a very special edition for the village, hosting the event for the third time, after 1957 and 1986.
As tradition dictates, the festivities will begin early on Saturday morning with a parade of brotherhoods and banners from across Bourgogne. More than 80 local brotherhoods are expected to take part, accompanying the statue of Saint Cyr -patron saint of Volnay’s winegrowers- to the village church.
Throughout the weekend, visitors will be able to explore tasting cellars set up around the village, meet the appellation’s winegrowers and discover several cuvées of Volnay and Volnay Premier Cru, produced collectively by local producers.
The official poster for this edition reflects the identity of the village and its wines. At its centre is a female figure symbolising the elegance of Volnay wines, surrounded by vines and a bottle, while the statue of Saint Cyr highlights the spiritual and winegrowing heritage of both the celebration and the village. Discover the full presentation of the poster on the official Saint-Vincent Tournante 2027 website.
Important! To fully enjoy the event, visitors will need to purchase their tasting kit in advance. As Volnay is a small village, only a very limited number of kits will be available, and no sales will be possible on site.
