The wineries are labeled "Vignobles & Découvertes" after completing the "Wine Tourism Quality in Bourgogne" audit, coordinated by the Bourgogne Wine Board and conducted by an independent and specialized agency. This audit checks the "Vignobles & Découvertes" criteria but also the quality of welcome. Thus, you have the guarantee that "Vignobles & Découvertes" cellars in Burgundy offer the best of wine tourism!
In Burgundy, some cellars only offer the distinction "Wine Tourism Quality in Bourgogne": this means that they offer a high quality welcome, but do not meet all the criteria of "Vignobles & Découvertes" (this may be the case if they do not speak a foreign language, for instance): do not hesitate to visit them, they are remarkable!
