Two Masterclasses to Explore Further
During La Grande Dégustation de Montréal, Bourgogne wines invite you to two masterclasses on November 6 and 7 at the Grand Quay of the Port of Montréal.
On Friday, November 6, from 7:45 to 8:30 p.m., join Ker-Yann Bouteiller to discover the diversity of Chablis wines. This masterclass will showcase lesser-known appellations, including Petit Chablis—an approachable, easygoing wine that’s perfect for sharing with friends and pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes and flavours—and Chablis, whose freshness and distinctive minerality are sure to appeal to younger wine drinkers.
On Saturday, November 7, from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m., join Jacky Blisson, MW, for “Bourgogne Wines That Get People Talking.” Looking beyond the famous names, this masterclass will shine a spotlight on Bourgogne and Mâcon wines with geographical denominations: authentic, affordable wines brimming with personality.
