The Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne has reopened its Chablis and Mâcon sites since early April, marking the start of the spring season. In Beaune, several new features are being introduced, including a single ticket, a new restaurant-bar, a terrace and monthly afterwork events from May 2026.
After the winter break, the Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne has reopened its sites in Chablis and Mâcon. Residents and visitors can once again enjoy immersive tours, tasting areas, and activities in these unique venues dedicated to the wine culture of Bourgogne.
The 2026 season marks an important milestone for the Beaune site, with several developments designed to enhance the visitor experience.
Starting in May, the Cité will offer a single ticket combining the permanent exhibition tour, access to the temporary exhibition, and a 25-minute tasting workshop. Two options will be available: €29.50 or €49.50 including lunch.
Another new feature in Beaune: visitors can now take home the wines they taste on site. Like a wine shop, the venue offers a selection of Bourgogne wines for sale.
Previously known as a bar, the “Les Accords” space on the 4th floor is moving upmarket and becoming a “restaurant-bar.” The tasting offered at the end of each visit takes place in this space, which offers stunning views over the vineyards and a very warm atmosphere. A beautiful terrace extends the experience with its open-air restaurant
From May onwards, the Cité will host one afterwork event per month, featuring a musical partner and a guest winegrower or wine merchant from Bourgogne—a convivial way to discover Bourgogne wines!
