From 9 to 13 March, 13 tastings, each dedicated to a specific terroir, will take place in the heart of the Bourgogne vineyards, from Chablis to the Côte Chalonnaise. More than 1,000 domaines and maisons will present their cuvées.

The Grands Jours de Bourgogne offer a unique opportunity to discover the diversity of Bourgogne’s wines and to engage directly with the people who shape them. This international event is exclusively dedicated to wine professionals, bringing them closer to the producers and appellations.

An 18th Edition Set to Attract Strong Attendance

A flagship event for the Bourgogne wine region, the Grands Jours de Bourgogne bring together the wine industry and professionals from around the world every two years. Several key figures already illustrate the scale and international reach of this edition.

  • 13 tastings over 5 days: one day dedicated to each vineyard area (Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Mâconnais, Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune)
  • 10 tasting venues across the vineyards
  • More than 1,070 exhibitors
  • More than 2,700 registered trade visitors, including 128 journalists from 26 countries
  • 60% international visitors, representing 60 countries (including France)

A Commitment to a More Sustainable Event

For the past five years, the Bourgogne wine industry has been committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2035. The Grands Jours de Bourgogne therefore aim to lead by example.

While the registration platform offers participants the option to offset the carbon emissions of their travel, through Label Bas-Carbone certified projects in Bourgogne–Franche-Comté, the event itself has been organised to reduce its environmental footprint:

  • 4,000 bottles collected and reused
  • 8,000 glasses rented and washed between each tasting
  • 12 inter-site shuttle services (electric whenever possible) and carpooling
  • 4,000 badge holders collected for reuse
  • Locally sourced catering through short supply chains

The 20 most represented countries among the 60 registered

Among the 2,700+ registered participants, 20 countries account for 92% of visitors.
In addition to France, there is a natural predominance of European countries. The United States, China, Japan and Canada remain loyal attendees. Among emerging markets, Brazil is well represented, while only two buyers from India have made the trip.
