37th Young Talents Trophies of the GJPV

First event of the Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction weekend, the Young Professionals of the Vine and Wine Group celebrates its 2025 Young Talents!

On the evening of Friday, November 14, during the Young Talents Dinner, the association has awarded seven Trophies to seven young winemakers, all under 40 years old or established for less than five years.

Upstream, a panel of 60 wine professionals, followed by the patrons of this 37th edition:
Daniela PARIS, sommelier, Italian importer, writer
Benoit LALY, Cave Laly (Autun), silver medalist in the Meilleur Caviste de France competition

blind-tasted and evaluated the estates participating in this 37th edition of the Young Talents Trophies. Each candidate presented three different appellations from their Estate from the 2023 vintage.

The seven laureates of 2025 are:

• Carole & Bastien MATHIAS, Domaine Alain MATHIAS (Epineuil): The Grand Auxerrois trophy
• Eléonore MOREAU, Domaine des Pérégrins (Poilly-sur-Serein): The Chablisien trophy
• Edouard CONFURON, Domaine Edouard CONFURON (Vosne-Romanée): The Côte de Nuits trophy
• Chloé BAILLARD CHEVALIER, Domaine CHEVALIER & Filles (Ladoix-Serrigny): The Côte de Beaune trophy
• Christophe GRANDMOUGIN, Domaine SAINT JACQUES (Rully): The Côte Chalonnaise trophy
• Jean-Jacques FERAL, Domaine MONTBARBON (Viré): The Mâconnais trophy
• Elodie ROUSSELOT, Château BELLEVUE (Villié-Morgon): The Beaujolais trophy
