This family-run estate is now in the hands of the sixth generation, whose philosophy involves respect for the land and the plants. The land is plowed with a horse-drawn plow, and sustainable cultivation practices to preserve the terroir. The grapes are harvested by hand and the wines are aged in oak. Every stage in the process is about producing wines with aromatic richness. Accommodation is available and visitors can enjoy horse-drawn carriage rides through the vines thanks to a partnership with Gilles Bardini (tel.06.87.60.08.29).
