In 1980, in the heart of Burgundy, our parents, Jocelyne and Michel Paquet, created the Famille Paquet estate at the foot of the Solutré and Vergisson rocks. Located in the commune of Davayé, the vineyard extends over the legendary terroirs of the Saint Véran appellation: "en Crèches", "les Cras" and "les Terres Noires".
