Domaine des Pérégrins

Our family farms 14 hectares of vines in the Petit Chablis and Chablis appellations, exclusively in the commune of Poilly sur Serein.

We work the land and the fruit with care and respect, allowing the terroir and its minerality to express themselves, in harmony with nature and biodiversity. Our work has naturally led us to convert to organic farming, and we have been certified organic since the 2022 vintage. We favour long, low-intervention vinifications.
