Domaine Arlaud

This family Domaine born in 1949 is located in Morey Saint Denis. It equally owns 14 Century wine cellars in Nuits Saint Georges. Hervé works with his three children : Bertille, Romain and Cyprien. The vines are cultivated with respect to organic methods. Bertille labours the vines in part by horse. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, and then vinified with extreme care. When the wine has been pressed, it is put into a barrel where it is aged for 18 months. Lastly, the wine is bottled without and thickening or filtering.
