On a domain of three hectares, Laurent Soyer cultivates his vineyards between Nuit Saint Georges and Vosne Romanée as his grandfather showed him: short pruning of the vine, harvest by hand and sorting of the grapes, long time in the vat, maturing in oak casks, bottling without filtration or clarification. Everything is done in the traditional way and as we say in Burgundy 'according to local customs, loyal and faithful to the profession'. The result of these efforts gives full-bodied wines, fruity, powerful and stylish, wines to be laid down giving all the expression of their terroir.
