As an oenologist I took over the family estate in 2002. I chose to grow the vines using organic methods and to vinify as naturally as possible. The aim is to create a natural product which respects the environment, the soil and the "terroir".
As well as being a producer, I try to give something back by giving tasting lessons and one-day or half-day courses to discover the work on the vines (pruning lessons, for example).
I would be happy to welcome you and give you a tour of the vines and the cellar.
The estate also welcomes cyclists from the Bourgogne canal cycle route, 2km away.
