The Maison des Climats is an easy-to-grasp, fun, and free attraction where visitors can discover and understand the Climats of the Bourgogne winegrowing region and their inclusion on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The Maison des Climats immerses you in the world of Bourgogne wines through an interactive, nine-meter-long model and its accompanying video display with 3D sound effects. These digital installations are combined with noble materials like stone and wood providing a whole that is both modern and warmly welcoming.

This ambitious project is mainly financed and supported by local authorities, the wine industry, and the European Union. The Bourgogne Wine Board (BIVB) is also involved, working alongside other stakeholders from the region.

This experimental project offers a foretaste of some of the content that will be found in the future Cité des Vin network and the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin in Dijon. It will be added to over the coming months, introducing augmented reality displays through some innovative new digital systems.
