The Domaine is located in the village of Premeaux-Prissey just a short distance from the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Jérôme Chezeaux has run the Domaine since 1993. The profession was mainly passed down to him by his father, and also gleaned during his studies at the Lycée Viticole in Beaune. He practices traditional techniques in the vineyards and with the vinificiation.
