INTRODUCTORY TASTING WORK-SHOPS IN NUITS-SAINT-GEORGES

The Nuits-Saint-Georges tourist office is running introductory tasting workshops presented by a professional oenologist. Intended for those who are new to tasting, these workshops, organised in partnership with winegrowers from Côte de Nuits and Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, will offer a greater understanding of the Burgundy appellations. Work on the vines and the vinification process will also be covered. Fundamental tasting techniques will be put into practice with five different wines.
Lasting two hours, each workshop, held in a cellar in Nuits-Saint-Georges town centre, will be followed by a visit to a winegrower’s property. 

13 workshops are scheduled between 19 March and November.
Prices: €30 per person, €50 for two people registering for the same workshop.
