The Ardhuy domaine goes organic

The_Ardhuy_domaine_goes_organic

The Ardhuy estate (Corgoloin) is pursuing organic certification. After carrying out trials with previous vintages, estate manager Carel Voorhuis has opted for the organic approach. He has also been able to benefit from the experience of the Cabotte estate (Côte du Rhône), which is also owned by the Ardhuy family. The Ardhuy estate covers 42 hectares between Gevrey-Chambertin and Puligny-Montrachet. After three years of conversion, the estate is set to become one of the largest organic producers in Burgundy.
