How to explain the “Terroir” and “Climats” of Burgundy to your customers

“Terroir”, “Climats”, “lieux-dits”… Virtually the entire wealth and diversity of Burgundy wines can be resumed in these three words. To help you explain these concepts in simple terms to your customers, the Burgundy Wine Board (BIVB) has provided the following tools: the definition in French and in English, a brochure “From Terroir to Climats” in French and in English, two videos explaining these concepts, available in several languages.
