Discover the 2011/2012 training programme for the Burgundy Wine School
The core of the programme includes ten different training modules, from the initiation morning “The Basics” (3 hours) to the “Professional certificate of sensory analysis” (12 days). Added to these are the “Coaching” for 1-6 persons and the “Tailor-made courses” (from half a day to five days) for groups of between 7 and 40 persons.
Specific courses can also be given for the trade, in cooperation with the Burgundy Wine Board (BIVB): wine waiters, wine shop owners, restaurateurs, supermarket managers.
The Burgundy Wine School also offers accreditation seminars, for the BIVB, for both French and international training centre instructors.
A broad offering for all those who wish to combine pleasure and knowledge.
